We tap our internal bench plus active sourcing. Each candidate passes a coding test, technical interview, and culture-fit screen before reaching you.

Your interview

You receive 3–5 shortlisted candidates within 5 business days. You interview them like you would any hire. We coordinate scheduling.

Contract & onboarding

Master agreement signed once. Per-engineer order forms after. We handle equipment, workspace, payroll, NDA, and security access. First commit within 14 days.

After day one

Performance management is on us

You manage day-to-day work. We manage HR, retention, performance reviews, salary alignment, equipment refresh, and replacements. If an engineer isn't working out, we replace them within two weeks at no charge.
