1. Who we are

GeniusNetwork is an application operated by SoftGenius Software & Services ("SoftGenius", "we", "our", "us"), headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. GeniusNetwork helps its operators manage YouTube channels they own or are authorized to manage. You can reach us at request.report.ls2@gmail.com.

This policy explains what data the application handles when you sign in with Google and authorize access to your YouTube data.

2. Google and YouTube API Services

GeniusNetwork uses the YouTube API Services and other Google APIs. By using the application you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

You can review or revoke GeniusNetwork's access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. What data we access

With your explicit authorization through Google's OAuth consent screen, GeniusNetwork may access:

• Your Google account identity (name, email address, profile image) for authentication.
• YouTube channel information for channels you own or manage.
• Video resources and their metadata — titles, descriptions, tags, categories, thumbnails, and localizations.
• Captions and subtitle tracks.
• Playlists and playlist items.
• YouTube analytics and reporting data for those channels.

We only request the scopes needed for the features you use.

4. How we use the data

Data accessed through Google and YouTube APIs is used solely to provide the application's features that you initiate — for example reading, creating, or updating video metadata, captions, localizations, thumbnails, and playlists, and presenting channel analytics back to you.

We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as required to operate the service or by law.

5. Limited Use disclosure

GeniusNetwork's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not allow humans to read your data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or our use is limited to internal operations and the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

6. Data storage and retention

OAuth tokens and the minimum data required to perform the actions you request are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to provide the service. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and protected with access controls and encryption at rest. When you revoke access or request deletion, associated tokens and stored data are removed.

7. Data deletion

To request deletion of your data, revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and email request.report.ls2@gmail.com. We will delete the data we hold about you within 30 days of a verified request.

8. Children's privacy

GeniusNetwork is a tool for content operators and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
